GIRL CALL A LAWYER or A OFFICER OF THE LAW! Also let that person know you are not playing. This is your child and you are the ONLY one that can protect this child. Do what ever it takes. Don't just let it go. A person must have writen permission to post a child (minor) on the net. There are laws on this. However the laws are different state to state.

Use your authority! It's your baby, not theirs. They cant just put photos of your baby online without your permission (and since you dont want your babys pictures online they should respect your wishes)!

have a word with a solicitor(first half hour free) and see where you stand. bound to be some privacy law to cover your grievance
