I usually push print screen and then paste it into paint, but everytime I try the picture becomes blacked out after I save it how can I avoid this?

I also have two other virus's that won't go away even when I use Norton, Spy Bot, and Adware. They are called Windows Command Center.AntivirusDisableNotify, and Command Center. Any advice on getting rid of those? Thanks :)

basically my cd rom....runs the cd but doesnt read it then i cant open the rom to get the cd out unless i use the button on it and not through the computer........i think its a mechanical problem? any ideas?...will i nedd to take my comp to someone who can take it apart and replace bits and pieces?

I have to work with the computer a lot but after few hours in front of monitor my eyes are getting tired and I got sort of dull pain behind my eyes. My vision is OK, no glassess and I don't have any other problems with my eyes. What do you do when your eyes get tired?

deleted wrong files, they're not in the recicling bin. I's there a freeware that I can use to recuparate them?

When my computer comes on, I get this:

Explorer has caused an error in (unknown)
Explorer will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

I click OK then it reappears. I click OK again then I lose my toolbar and can't do a thing. At no stage do my desktop icons appear.

If I click internet explorer before I click ok on the error boxes, explorer opens after I have clicke don the error box the 2nd time. Something isn't right though - what do i do?

I have converted an Illustrator file to a pdf and when I view it on my screen, everything looks just right. When I print, however, the border on the right side is suddenly wider than the left side. I have printed to the correct size of paper but it is just all shifted left.
How can I get it to print with margins as they are in the orginal document?
Please help!

I have a young teenage girl that's been acting strange lately when I get anywhere near her computer when she is on it. I've checked the history of sights she has been on, but I think she may be erasing sites that she knows we do let her visit. I'm afraid she may be talking/writing someone online that could be dangerous. Is there a way I can check to see if she is using another email name she doesn't want us to know about?

When I need to save a screen image on my PC, I hit a Print Screen button, and then paste it in Paint. Is there an equivalent function for Macs (for both classic and new environments)? Is there a way not to save, but print screen images?
