It could mean that their mailbox is full or that you might of misspelled the address. (happens to the best of us) Since it is hotmail though, you can have errors like that when it's really because their server is too full. I suggest that you try again later and if it still doesn't work, check the e-mail address. Worst case, sign up with another free e-mail service and try from there. (yahoo is a great example!)
