MACROMEDIA FIREWORKS
COREL DRAW
I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND FIREWORKS FOR PEOPLE THAT BEGIN, BACAUSE IS EASIER THAN THE OTHER 2. ANYWAY YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A MANUAL FOR HELP

Photo Editing software such as Corel PhotoPaint, Photoshop or even MS Paint can do this.

You can put names and writing on ur pics.
Borders then use something like PictureIt.

i recommend downloading kodak easyshare program, it is plain easy and simple to use. you can use it to edit your photos on the computer, and email it to your friends, turn it into a calender etc...there areheeps of thngs you can do and it is so much fun
