It is a web page that has all the information on one page.
Have you ever been to a site and clicked on "contact us"? Generally a one page website has 1 page with no redirection (i.e. "contact us" when clicked on will redirect you to another page) Those type of sites have more than 1 page.

It's a website where there's just one page. It might contain links to other pages-- but the other pages would live elsewhere and would probably belong to someone else.
A reasonable 1-page website for a business would include the business' name, a short description, location and hours and contact information.

It's kind of a stretch but I'm thinking a one page web site is a web site that only has one page. Spacey, huh?

To run a website, you need at least two things: an HTML editor and a host to run the site on. Both of these are available on the we for free and for a small fee. http://www.150m.com is a good site to try.

there is honestly many places. basically search for for "loose website" or "loose internet internet hosting". Many provide straightforward equipment to get you up and dealing in minutes with web page. i have linked to some i know basically off the authentic of my head.
