how do u erase the site's name that you have visited that comes in the internet explorer in the address bar . like when u type an alphabet the websites that start with that letter come???????????

i am frquently getting mails from a person ( rishi_18aug@yahoo.co.in) i dont know this person but always i get virus containing mails from this person.how can i block it. what action can i take to block this mail? and what action i can take against the person who is mailing this like.

I am not sure but I think that my modem is going. I have a computer in another room and it almost never disconnects but this computer will disconnect 4 or 5 times in an hour. Will a packard bell modem work in a compaq computer and if so will you tell me step by step how to get the modem out of the packard bell and into the compaq. Thanks alot.

i keep getting a pop up that says "private internet zone" and it has a little movie reel on it but the rest of the writing is in italian?! w. a yes or no option and no excape option so i HAVE TO click yes or no and i have no idea what im saying yes or no to, and it puts 2 icons on my desktop then i delete them but like 10 mins later they come back, it changes my home page and it installs into my computer...what is this? how do i get rid of it? its been going on for a while and its bugging the crap out of me!!!!!

Hey all, I got one of those Visa giftcards for my bday. It is basically a debitcard (pre-set limit) that acts as a credidcard (swipe, sign, done).

Here is my questions.. How do I take the money off the card and put it in my paypal acc? The card has $200 on it right now, and next month it starts to lose 10% of its value each month if I dont spend it.

Is this possible? Thanks

Why in the world, when I have just chosen to empty the trash or delete spam messages, would yahoo think I'd want to view the now empty folder along with an ever-so-helpful message that it's empty? Why not configure it so that I can empty these bins of useless zeroes and ones (mostly zeroes) and stay in the Inbox or whatever folder I happen to be in at the moment?
