When you turn the power on, tap the F8 key until you get the black screen with white text menu. Select safe mode. When it brings up the login, login as administrator. Windows by default has no password on the administrator user. If you haven't changed that, you can log in in safe mode without a password. The go to your control panel, and double click on the users icon. Then select your username and change your password or delete the password altogether. Good Luck.

If its BIOs is like most electrical components. Crack the case. Find the battery and remove it for 20 sec. Then replace. Put the case back on. When you boot up again the password should be zeroed out. Ready for you to reset it. Sometimes there is a jumper on the board that will do that.

You can get into your PC by hitting it with a ginormous hammer whilst it is running windows, then you can go inside it. The next thing to do is to go out and buy a macintosh and stop having to skrew around with the most moronic operating system in the world (which is microsoft's windows operating system).
