Okay here is the question ever since i got a new laptop (dell inspiron 6000) my favorite game in the whole wide world(city of heroes) doesn't seem to work i have tryed everything i can think of!
if you know what i can do please tell me! I NEED YOUR HELP! *cries i just wanna play that game again!

when i run defragmenter on hdd and it's complete i've analysed it again and it says i should defragment this volume.no matter how many times i do this it still prompts me to do it again.anyone know why..........

i have a sony viao-vgc-rb52. i want to get a new computer case for it...a full size one. but im not sure what type of motherboard i have....i dont know if its a microATX or normal ATX. and i cant find it anywhere. if anyone can find out for me or give me some advice that would be great.

this is for people who knows how to use the sound recorder. If you wanna help, go to start, which is at the bottom left, go to all program, accessories, entertainment then sound recorder. I'm trying to record something, but it keeps stopping every 60 sec, so then the record will miss a part. Do you know how to make it longer??

I was told that with my laptop, it isn't good to shut it down completely every time I'm finished with it. I was advised to put it in sleep mode instead and just turn it off when I go to bed at night. I only use it a maximum of 3 or 4 times a day, and have no place for it. I usually fold it up and put it out of sight until I use it again. Knowing me, I would forget that it's on and drain the battery or something. So is it good for it to be completely shut down and started up every time I use it?

1. How long is a sim pregnant in sim days?
2. How do you know when a sim has her baby?
3. Do you name the baby?
4. Does she have birth at the house or where does she have birth?

And tell me about sims having birth if you have experienced it.

When I just burn one song, and exit, I go back on about an hour later to download more songs onto the disk, but it says it isn't writeable and that the playlist is too large?

I use to have ares but i upgraded to another version..bad move, now i can't find a version that lets me connect. The download of the program goes through but i can't connect to it and its frustrating as hell, so if anyone can help me that would be great!!

I set my Microsoft Outlook up with my college email address. I can receive messages from all email addresses, but I can only send messages to other email addresses at my college.

When I try to send messages to other accounts, I get an error message that says, "Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). Sigh...

Having to fix my parents computer..

Norton systemworks is installed on this pc, i turn it on, log in and i get several messages about norton files being corrupted or missing. I am unable to uninstall it. When bringing up the add/remove page, it wont ever list all the programs for uninstall/etc. The computer will freeze if i click on the start menu tab. Ive been running new tasks using task manager though. Ive disabled norton from popping up with its error msgs. Ive ran ad-Aware, ewido, Kaspersky to search for virus/spyware. It will stop scanning after a certain time and remain stuck at that point.

In event viewer for system "the hard drive has a bad block" theres a event with this every second lol

Ive used disk defrager, disk cleanup,

Scandisk/chckdisk indicates nothing wrong, neither does Hard drive inspector (one of my tools)

Not sure where to proceed from here...
