depending on what internet you are running. try using the site before. I am running Mac OSX with mozilla and I found that this was useful.

properly my dad has this difficulty talked about as cybersitter that blocks it till he indications on to it and provides a time reduce to unblock it and that i h a t e HIM A LOTTTTTTT for it.. so if u want ur son to get incredibly mad at u.. look up cybersitter. yet be prepared..
