if u were burn this DVD before and try to burn again it will not work if u not point tne first time multisacion........

A ton of reasons, the disc may have already been used, try another, my all time favorite answer tho is dont buy what I call " Bens Bargain Brand Bulk DVD Blanks"! The reason I say this is simply that most sub par cds and dvds have anywhere from 20 to 50 percent defective blanks. Staples blanks for instance are junk! I struggled with this prob myself and scratched my bum before I figured it out. I found that Brand name blanks are less prone to this and in the long run you get more bang for your buck!

Your DVD burner is the DVD +R type.
