but however much folk rave about this utility it is a poor tool. Get better control of your start up programs with Autoruns or Autostart Explorer

As others have said, msconfig is the one you run from the command line. There is also a very small program that allows you the same control with one double click called Startup CPL. Go to majorgeeks.com and click the Admin Tools button on the right and scroll down to the file. There are other choices there but I use this one all the time and it works well. HTH

msconfig works but you might be better using regedit and adding entries to the run section of current version

its msconfig.... but f u wnt detailed bout d program in ur startup u most download windows defender, its free. and its antispyware software frm microsoft but u can also edit or modify ur startup and som other stuff..
