I just purchased a Rosewill 400 watt dual 12v rail power supply from newegg.com to replace my no-name brand 450watt PS I was using. I have an older AGP system running an athlon xp 2800, one hard drive, one dvd burner, and 3 case fans with a coupe lights on the front and a Gf 6200. My problems is that I am still getting only 11.55 volts on the 12 volt rail like I was with the old generic PS. I am on a budget and I'm trying to stay under $50. Can someone refer me to a brand that is known for having SOLID voltage.

If anyone has, Ahead Nero Burning Rom, what does the error message of "power callibration error" mean?

This message occurs whenever i start burning my CD. Then it says the burning process failed at whatever speed i set it to burn at.

Q: What is the differents between 1 Ram and 2 Ram of the same amount of size without enhancements like Dual Channel.
(Eg. 1X1024 Ram VS 2X512 Ram, Total size for both: 1024)

I'm having problems with some device drivers?

ASUS CD-S480/AH and NEC DVD-RW WD 2100 AD.It says code 41 a driver was loaded but windows can not find it. It said to look for updates, which I did but they don't need any.what are theese drivers for?Will I still be able to install a program from a disk if I have to?Do I need to take it to get it fixed?Thanks.

How to change usb 2.0 to 1.1?

Hi,
is there any way to change a usb 2.0 to fuction as a 1.1?
cause i recently bought a samsung YP-U2J mp3 player, and when i connect it to a modern pc with usb 2, it wont detect it as a usb device, it detects it as a separate "device", which places limits to what I can do. For instance, i cannot make new folders directly or view files directly (i need to copy and paste them into my pc).
But, when i connect it to a usb 1.1 with my old pc, it works just fine like a regular usb key.
so, i want to see if there is any way i could somehow change one of the ports to function as usb 1.1; that way maybe i can do w/e i want.

How do I install a 2nd (larger) hard drive on my Dell (with XP) and transfer all files / image from old drive?

Dell Dimension 2400 using XP. 40 gb hard drive is full. Want to install a 2nd, much larger harddrive. Want to transfer the image from the old drive to the new drive so that the new drive is now the master and the computer boots up to it.

dvd burner issue...?

is it ok to burn continuously? i mean, right after i burn my video (as data) on the a standard 4.7 GIG DVD i burn another. and another and another.. will it hurt the lens of my burner? if not ok, how many minutes of interval is safe before i burn another one? ^_^
