well, it depend's on OS u are running.
Assuming u have Windows i'd recommend to download
given below useful software.
it deletes all unneeded data and besides it has antispyware features.

Boot up with floppy then type
a:\fdisk
and follow until you get to drop down menu press on 3 to delete partition you will be asked if your partition fat32 press 1 if it is NTFS press 3 for non dos partition.

Insert a bootable installation CD ( windows or linux ). There are options to delete, create, and format partitions prior to a new installation.

follow the instructions after booting the computer using the Windows CD they are very easy
