No. First of all the devices would conflict with each other. Second of all, why not just open a second instance of the word processor. Maybe you could explain your question some more, unless of course you want to run some kind of Virtual Machine in which case you would still only need one keyboard and mouse. Input from both would be received so no, what you are attempting to do, or at least from what I understand, wouldn't make any sense to do and cannot be done.
But you can have two monitors on one computer, that you can do. You can have multiple output devices but not multiple input devices (at least that can be used at the same time), I hope that is self explanatory.

you can have extra keyboard and mouse with USB keyboard and mouse. For two monitor, you need to have special video card with two video output. or having two video card. However, since you are running on one computer, you will only have one cursor. and you can not have two person typing on the different word processors.

you can have 2 monitors but you cant have 2 keyboards and mice umless they are USB compatible, if you dont there is only one keyboard port and one mose port on the back of the machine.

why would you want to do this any how? partition the drive into 2 or assign 2 users to your drive (C) your computer is going to be very very very slow!!!
