I'm going to buy a laptop that I'll use for Photoshop, 3ds Max, and gaming.

I read that if an application isn't programmed to use both processors, it'll use only one. For example, 3GHz processor will run faster than 2X 2GHz.

So, should I go for, lets say, 3.4Ghz instead of 2x 1.8Ghz? But isn't 3.4Ghz at a higher risk of burning out?

I was told to use the add printer wizard but their options of compaq models is not the one that I have. I'm not sure which to use the model that I was given was Compaq IJ750 the ones in the options of models are "Compaq Page Marq 15" or "Compaq Page Marq 20". The wizard asks to check printer doc. to see which one is compatible with mine, but I have none. What do I do? PLEASE HELP!!!

Do you know any software that can track the number of pages printed by certain users or by the printer for a specific period.

My setup is like this i have printer server that has 10 printer installed in it. I want to know how many pages is printer by my users together with the total pages printed on that printer.

I've put the jumper on device 1 setting, cable select, and device 0 (not on) the light lights up, but i get the message E:/ not accessible "a device attached to the system is not functioning". I just bought some Cerwin Vega speakers model # Re-30. They are rated at 4ohms and 250 watts. I am planning on listening to music from my PC, I have a Creative labs Xtreme Music sound card. I have recently reformatted my computer and the drivers I am missing are the ones that will connect me to the internet. They are the network controller, the usb contoller and usb cable modem. I have a link to the computer I have. I have looked everywhere for the drivers and attempted installing some. I use Nvidia Nforce network controller.

I have 512mb of ddr2 at 533Mhz, and i was planning to upgrade it. I have 2 options, keep the 512 and add 2gb of ddr2 same speed, or dump the 512 and buy 2gb ddr2 at 800Mhz. What is the best option?
