After entering into the BIOS setting ,I give password.
But it is not functioning. plz tell me if it has any activation key.

If you have a desktop PC, unplug it then try removing the CMOS battery for about 5 minutes. Reinstall battery. Power ON then press F1 or Del to enter BIOS menu. Load fail safe defaults, save and exit. There should be no more password.

Every computer has a Bios Password and,there is NO way of setting it to not let the system startup. You can make yourself a windows Password to keep other people from logging onto the computer.
