it will only pull up file when i hit f, edit when i hit e... etc. but it will not let me type on the internet search tool. i am using another computer to type this? help please. do i go to the control panel or what ??????

I've heard there is a cable that will connect my computer to the T.V. so I can play dvd's on my computer and watch it on the T.V. screen. Any idea how I can do this?

P.S. It is a Dell Inspiron 5150 laptop

Q: What is the differents between 1 Ram and 2 Ram of the same amount of size without enhancements like Dual Channel.

ASUS CD-S480/AH and NEC DVD-RW WD 2100 AD.It says code 41 a driver was loaded but windows can not find it. It said to look for updates, which I did but they don't need any.what are theese drivers for?Will I still be able to install a program from a disk if I have to?Do I need to take it to get it fixed?Thanks.

Hi,
is there any way to change a usb 2.0 to fuction as a 1.1?
cause i recently bought a samsung YP-U2J mp3 player, and when i connect it to a modern pc with usb 2, it wont detect it as a usb device, it detects it as a separate "device", which places limits to what I can do. For instance, i cannot make new folders directly or view files directly (i need to copy and paste them into my pc).
But, when i connect it to a usb 1.1 with my old pc, it works just fine like a regular usb key.
so, i want to see if there is any way i could somehow change one of the ports to function as usb 1.1; that way maybe i can do w/e i want.

its a pcv-rx681. i brought it to china and didnt bother changing the power supply because the power supply says it goes both ways (110/220V 50/60 cycles). but now USB devices only have USB 1 speed and the dvd drive refuses to burn anything.

whats going on? i get some error when i turn it on and it refers me to power setup but i didnt change anything out of fear of blowing the processor, can someone help me out? thanks

the problem is that whenever i boot my pc, when the monior is about coming up, it just switch off and the power-on save mode light on the monitor comes up, but my cpu, keeps working. what can be done to rectify this problem?

i have been trying for weeks now to install this agp card into a x4 agp socket
according to all literature it should work,but i can get the card to work,and drivers to install,but the graphics are cloudy,and distorted,and while i use dxdiag,the cube in display tests is bitty in appearence and the resolution is cloudy and distorted,but dxdiag returns with"all tests were successfull"
do you think this is a problem with the card,or will a different driver(such as a driver from the manufacturers site(inno3d))sort out the problem
i cant see a different driver working as they are all universal,but stranger things have happened
for reference my agp slot is on a old board(sis730s)and is just a plain brown slot,with no divides like the agpx8 slot,so have i got a incompatible agp slot,but i have run si-soft sandra lite diagnostics and it has reported i have a agp(x2,x4)slot
any graphic card gurus with a answer
