When you say you have lost your hard drive, do you mean the bios can not see a hard drive at all ? if yes, your HD may be gone forever ( laptop HD's are quite fragile ).
If you have valuable data on it, do not turn your computer on again, take it to an engineer worth his salt, otherwise not even an engineer can do anything.
If you do not have valuable data on it, take it out, put it in bin, and replace it, install windows again.
It will be cheaper and easier on the long run.
IF
Your bios can see the drive but computer can not boot, perhaps it is partition damaged, which "could" be easily repaired by an engineer.
You do not need a driver at any case.
If you do not know what you are doing, chances are you are gonna create more damage.

There could be a dozen things wrong with it - I assume you have tried "Restore last known good configuration" - depends on which OS you have also...

I would take to a PC shop (PC World if you get REALLY desperate) and see if they can take the hard disk out and read the contents with a caddy or connect cable. If they can, then it could be just your boot partition that's destroyed...

Good luck

get the model number, go to the fujitsu website, click on the support link, downloads and drivers and search for that model.

Failing that, connect it to another computer as a secondary drive and you will be able to recover the contents.

Buy a copy of Norton Disk Doctor, boot from the CD and try to recover the disk.

Is the hard drive corrupted physically? If yes, I don't think you can recover.
If it is that all your files are gone, there are companies that retreve even the first file you put in it. It may cost a lot, but it is worth it.
