Yes, there are several ways.

1. Do a full backup using MSBackup (or other backup utility) then do a Restore on the new computer. This may work, but may also give you errors and ruin the other computer.

2. Use the Files and Settings Transfer wizard (if you have XP)

3. This is how I do it: Do a complete, full backup of the source device (laptop). From the Desktop, do a Restore, but choose the option to only restore the files if they don't exist. That way, it doesn't try to replace the operating system or device drivers.

My suggestion is that don't choose for high priced proposition. extra effective u purchase 2 bluetooth dongle which will fee u around RS.3 hundred each and then u won't pick something better like community card or different issues. Its additionally small in length and u can carry those everywhere in pocket and can pair any 2 computers or pc. as quickly as u conected the Bluetooth dongle & put in the utility, u r on go now. however the biggest disadvantage is its speed. it can't be as quickly as ethernet card and firewire. yet its decrease priced. FOr understanding extra, seek in Google abt NETWORKING 2 computing device.

If you have Windows XP, you can do it via the USB ports, and the "Files and settings transfer wizard".
