Hi,
I keep having to set up a static ip address to get some programs to connect to the internet properly. I know it is probably considered a simple task to many, but I keep having to do it and sometimes it just doesn't work for some reason. So is there a program out there that changes your configurations in order to set up a static ip address for you- for vista?
Thanks

I am wondering if Cat 6 would be any better than Cat5 as far as the connections are concerned from my computer-modem-router.

My thoughts are that maybe cat6 is a better cable but at this point in technology its more cable that is neccessary to do the job and it would just be a waste of money? Please explain. Thanks

Hello friend. I was wondering, do you think dell business computers are more reliable than the home dell computers? The reason I ask is because they are more expensive. I;ve also heard that they use better parts in their business computers. But I don't know if that is really true. Thanks buddy.
