router setup help?

i have a linksys router and lost the setup disc before i could use it. how can i still set it up?

Yes you can. The default IP for most Linksys routers is //192.168.1.1 You can look up the info for your model number on the linksys website.

go to the linksys web site and download the pdf of the manual, then point your browser at 192.168.1.1, I don't recall the admin password - but it's either no username and the password is admin or the username is admin and there is no password?

It will tell you in the manual.
