Hello,

I'm looking to divide my internet connection evenly into thirds, so that everyone here will get an equal chance at getting a decent connection instead of all of us fighting for bandwidth supremacy. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks a bunch,

Av

I have used a remote connection to my work computer through redirectme.net but don't really understand how it works. The host computer is running Xp and has pcAnywhere installed.

My question is when I remote in what service on XP is actually recieving the connection? I do not think it is actually using pcAnywhere...

Also i just did some security updates on the host and now I can no longer remote in. Any ideas?

I have a computer that is not able to connect to a network drive, when I tried it told me something like there was not network connection. It was able to browse the internet and ping to either IP address or computer name.. I tried to renew IP but it displayed an error message about a problem with RPC. I checked this service (RPC) and it was running. The rest of the computers in the network are working properly. what should I do ?

This is my current setup....
Windows 2003 server web edition running IIS 6.0 + Windows XP machine of my own + various other machines all on a LAN using a Netgear DG834PN router with a static IP address. My question is this : How do i configure IIS 6.0 to host multiple websites on the same server ? Once they are setup how do i view them locally on my LAN from my XP machine and assuming my domains are registered and administered by a 3rd party which i have login access to how do i point the domains to my server so that each domain will serve up the right pages on the net ?
