Hi

First if you want know wish tcp ports are open , then download , TCP/VIEWER Now to open each of the software , then go into the network config or connection config . once there write down the ports for each one EX , Utorrent=59567 Emule=45656 Limwire=56690 and so on , once you have them written , then open your IE , and type in the ip addres of your cable or dsl , when the config of the router comes up , look for a tab that deals with PORT FOWARD or trigger port , here is where you start adding the softwares you want to have going OUT . Now theres a site call

http://www.portforward.com/default.htm

Here just look for your router and follow the instructions there HAPPY DOWNLOADING !!!!

Check your firewall settings for exceptions. If Limewire/Frostwire/Morpheus/Bearshare aren't on the list, they won't be allowed access to the internet.

you've 2 firewalls working. in all probability nortons and zone alarm conflict. disable the two then devoid of postpone hit on what you prefer to acquire. once you get a connection restart nortons/ zonealarm.

i'm not sure how do to it through a belkin router, but you need to login to it (usually 192.168.0.1, or similar) and access your "port forwarding" section

you can visit portforward.com to see for sure
