Can someone look at this code and tell me what it is supposed to do?
for(row=row_index-1; row<=row_index+1; row++)
for(col=col_index-1; col<=col_index+1; col++)

This was the code that was provided to find the number of neighbors of each cell.

I have a 15" computer screen and would like to get a 22". Is the print larger on the 22" than what I currently have? I was told that the size of the print would remain the same but the pictures are definitely larger.

My pc will not boot past the opening BIOS screen. It identifies the bus speed then hangs (Just before the memory test) and shows a message "State 50" If I reboot it seems to work past the state (stops on 52, next reboot stops on 74 then finally gets to the O/S) It did this once to where I was able to complete a full system back-up before it turned itself off.

This is not a heat problem, as it happens on initial boot. If I do get past the 50 state, and into the O/S it will run 5 to 10 minutes then turns off as if unplugged.

I am assuming this is a mother board problem, but not sure.

NOTE: this is a AMD 64x2 mother board with 2GB memory.

I'm creating an application in excel where I would like to link multiple combo boxes to different macros.

This is an application that pulls monthly and weekly reports on defferent vendors.

One box has a list of vendors. Then, next to it there are combo boxes that let you pick certain months to view reports. The user has three options, one box for looking at a single month, two boxes that select one month through another month, and two boxes that pick two months to compare. Next to each of these options is an option button so that the user can choose what kind of report to view. After all of that is a command button that would start the macro.

This is a bit over my head and would appreciate any advice that would help me write the code for this.

I am developing specifications for a client web site. The site will not change very often, however I'd like the ability to modify one or two pages at random. Do I need to worry about what language the site is programmed in? I realize there are a number of new languages, techniques etc. I am wonder how transparent that needs to be for me. I do not have programming or design skills.

If I buy a Wi-Fi "box" for my house does this mean that the pc and laptops can connect to the internet wirelessly?
How does this work?
Do you have to connect the wi-fi box to anything?
Are some wi-fi boxes better than others?
What can I expect to pay for a decent wi-fi system?
