I was wanting to buy a laptop from them, and I just need ot know if it would be wise to use my debit card with them?

I have bought from them a couple of times. Some deals or okay. Shipping took a little longer but thats because i'm out in the wild west. Things have worked fine, packaged well! I would buy from them again if the price is right! (come on down!)

I have used Tigerdirect.ca for years without any problems.
But, I don't believe that you can use a Debit Card online. Call them on their "800" number to verify. You can always mail them a cheque or use a credit card.
TIP: Until you're more comfortable with them, load up your shopping card online, then print it out. Then, call them to place your order and choose the payment option that suits your comfort zone.

N.O!!! Someone got my credit card number from a compromised database and used it to buy computers from Tiger Direct. TD never caught it and sent $thousands of computers to a thief.
Fortunately my credit card company removed the charge from my card.

don't do it. I bought a laptop and when the dvd drive died, they have a outside company do repairs. Been a year and they have "fixed" it 5 times but it never works. Now they say the warranty expired and I have to pay 250 bucks for a new dvd drive.
