Within the last couple of days, a gray box pops up amost after every screen I click on. It says M.I.E. has encountered problems and will shut down and asks me to send (or) not send a report. I click "to send" and it comes right back up. How do I get rid of this annoying little gray box?

I guess I just need some general knowledge about the 64 bit edition. I've read that it had driver problems all the same as Vista does now, though the article was dated back in 2005. Other than the increase of ram that I can use, is it worth switching to this at all and is windows xp professional x64 a better choice than Vista?

our instructor e-mailed this presentation to us and he said that we must edit it for our report. when I opened it, microsoft powerpoint said that The presentation cannot be edited because it contains a read-only embedded font. i want to know how he did it..anyone knows? and also, is there any other way to copy the text in the presentation and then i'll paste it in Word? i think it's not possible but i still want to know if there's a way.

i just bought a ATI radeon 2600XT and i want to return it cuz its not what i expected it to be. But the problem is that i already opened it and i read there return policy about only exchanging it if you already opened it. A dvd cannot be read or detected on my PC but it is being on my laptop. This is the problem with many dvds and cds especially data dvds and cds. I have nero 8 installed on my PC but not on my laptop.

well if your wondering what the problem is here it is:

my computer restarts by itself automatically and it freezes, crashes, etc..so that is the problem and I usually only go on the computer for 1 hour..so please help & thanks ;)

another thing that happened was that my computer restarted by itself , it logged of & restarted..strange ey? and when the computer freezes it makes a sound which dosn't stop and it seems to come from the hard drive
sometimes when my computer freezes the computer has a line that is sort of greenish-blueish...

when printing labels using a mail merge, the first couple are clear, the bottom half of the page is so distorted it's unreadable.
only seems to happen with labels, and same thing with two different printers, so something to do with my Microsoft Word

the problem has come from nowhere - was working fine until yesterday!

i installed the new Call Of Duty 4 pc game on my laptop, it installed ok, but when it came to playing it, it came up with the message saying: video card or driver doesn't accelerate transform & lighting - video card or driver doesn't support UBYTE4N vertex data, does this mean i need a new video card? or do i just need updates.
The video card is a: Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family

Why cant I watch video clips on my computer?
i was tring to watch mtv and it just says buffering and it shows for like a second it was choppy and it was gone again.
