I agree with the above post. Also could be "kk" (okay) "l" (later). If the context fits. I've never seen it before, but I mostly use normal talk on msn, I think chat speak looks stupid :p

kk means "ok" ...they might of accidently added the "l" because the "k" and the "l" are beside eachother.
But other than that, Im pretty sure its "Okay Cool!"

Maybe it's just supposed to be "kk" which is like Okay? Could be a typo?

I think it means "OK, Cool". It would certainly follow.
