1. u may have gone over ur internet connection in which case theres nothing u can do, justw ait it out until the end of the month (or the persiod of time u pay internet for)
2. buy broadband or faster internet
3. maybe ur computer is slow in which case u need a new one
4. buy a new modem
5. scan for viruses (just in case)
personally i think n.1 is what ur looking for

Hi, it could be a couple of factors mate, is your disc getting full, what time you surf, also what struck me was the fact your running both kaspersky and avg!! Just one will do the job mate, try disc clean up to get rid of unwanted and unwanted files, after that go for a defrag.

Your internet speed is determined by your ISP and what plan you are on. If you have a monthly download limit, and you reach it before the end of the month, your speed will be reduced. Also, if there is a lot of heavy use on the internet at the time you are using it, the ISP may have to reduce speeds to service everyone.

Do NOT run 2 anti-virus programs. They interfere with each other and this reduces security. You should remove one or the other, then run a full spyware and virus scan. Also check which programs are running on startup. Disable any you are not actually using.

delete AVG and keep the kaspersky....kaspersky is the best...
two anti virus softwares would slow your computer to a crawl...
and download Mcafee site adviser from www.mcafee.com
if your using firefox.. download the site adviser from here

what i have observed is avg is not a good option as antivirus..
you can bitdefender,eset nod32,..
to speed up you can frequently scan for viruses,install download managers for download..
