That is spam. It's junk mail. It's scam artists trying to get you to admit you have an income so they can try to get money out of you.
Those should be in the "junk" pile. Leave them alone. Don't even open them. If you do your spam will double.

Well, don't pay the money. Like you, I've also received many of those e-mails, up to 10 a week. Just ignore those as they are usually just a trick.
