let me give you the best procedure, a bit lenghty but worth it,

steps:

1) copy the link on youtube of that video like www.youtube.com/watchx?1223

2) open a website www.keepvid.com

3) paste this link there

4) it will generate a download link for you to downlaod the video on your harddrive

5) but the video is in .flv format, so you have to downlaod a software flash player from the website www.applian.com/flvplayer/

6) now u will be able to play this video from ur hard drive by using this player

7) now to insert this video on powerpoint, download "TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER" software. (U CAN GET THIS BY ANY TORRENT SITE or P2P SHARING, or check google)

8) take the flv file and ask the software to convert to avi / mpeg file

9) use the converted file in your powerpoint by inserting>> video>>

hope this solves your probelm...

reward points if helpful

Try saving the video in a folder or as a shortcut on your desktop. Then add to your presentation like you would a picture.

1. download this video from youtube by using download tool such as "flv downloader"
2. open powerpoint file, insert the video directly.

that's it, it's very easy.
