I will be working away and the lap top just shuts down or freezes up. A blue screen appears and I can't do anything but restart it. Anyone know why??

Just bought a Xbox 360 and want to go Live.

My p.c. is upstairs connected to my TISCALI MODEM via the USB LEAD.

My Xbox 360 is downstairs next to a phone point.

Ideally i dont want to run wires through the house.

My modem for my p.c.has no insert for the Xbox 360 ETHERNET CABLE.

Ive read bits and bobs but am still not sure about how i do this...
Im guessing I need a WIRELESS ROUTER. If so which one is best, how much and where from???
Also what distance will it receive my broadband signal from???
Is there a list of what wireless routers are available with the XBox 360??? -(maybe i could get one free with my internet provider -Tiscali)

Is that all I will need or will I need a new MODEM? Anything else???

I'm stuck on the screen showing all the pictures as thumbnails in the Import Tray. I click on a picture and it appears full size to the right, but the only choice is to rotate it? How do I access the other editing features? I checked the Getting Started Guide for editing and it says to double click a thumbnail in the Library and the editing options will appear on the right. But how do I get my imported pictures into a library? (Using XP2) Thanks.

I want to learn java programming. Previously I learnt c and visual basic. I want to know from you:

1. What is the best compiler for XP and where to get. Note: I use 'tubo c' for C programming. It will be great if the compiler environment is as much same as 'turbo c'.

I havent got alot to spend but i really need a a new pc as mine is quite knackered. I just want it for basic stuff. I've got a new phone but when i try to install the software it gives a message saying The operating system is not adequate. This is the latest in a long line of problems I've had with it. I cant even connect my digital camera to it. Ive got Win. millenium

I can view the XML file in a webrower with no problems and I tested the code in a syntax checker and no errors. However when I try to insert the data elements into a table in an HTML file, all I get is a blank page.
