Go to the bios (F2 or Del button) and find something sounds like boot sequence. Make sure the first device is your harddisk or c: drive.
Then remove all removable media such as floppy, cd and dvd from its drive then restart the system.
If problem still persists, you may need to re-install your operating system or worse to replace the harddisk drive before re-installing.

It means that you are trying to boot with an invalid boot device, i.e. a device that does not contain an operating system, like a CD or floppy that you use for storage and you accidently left inside your box.

Check your floppy or CD drive, make sure there's no disk in there. Also, try removing any USB hard drives you may have.
You can reorder your boot priority from the BIOS.

check ur all cables inside the cpu if these cables r properly connected. then chk ur bios settings.. set them first boot devive as HDD.
