It took me this long to figure it out.
There is no free transform tool in GIMP
The steps to create similar effect in GIMP is as follows
1) Use Free Select Tool to mark the area on the image
2) The go to Tools > Transform Tools > Perspective
That will create a rectangle with four handles which you can drag to give the desired shape, then click on transform on the dialog box that pops up
3) But this process is not complete, during transform the selected part may appear cut from the original image, you have to use Perspective Clone Tool to retouch the whitened parts of the image.

Sound like the 1970 black cartridge are no longer bleeding like they could be ? take the cartridges out of the printer, get a paper towel and fold it in a million/2, get a field sufficiently massive for the cartridge to sit down down in and get a bottle of ninety 9% isopropy alcohol and a few Q innovations, take the black cartridge and dab it on the paper towel and not interior an identical spot so which you will discover if the cartridge is bleeding ok or no longer, you will get a sturdy black line on the paper towel, now verify to work out if the colour cartridge bleeds s nicely, you will get 3 sturdy colour dots, if the cartridges are no longer bleeding nicely now all you do is boil some water, then positioned a pair of a million/2 inch of the boiling water into the field, now dab the black cartridge out and in of the water 8 to ten cases, and dab it lower back on the paper towel, it might bleed actual sturdy now, and do an identical with the colour cartridge besides, the secret to it is to maintain the water boiling warm, now take the isopropyl alcohol and dip the Q tip into it, on the lower back of the cartridge there's a small digital board thats noted as the touch board, turn the Q tip sideways and gently rub the board to scrub it off and to evapourate any water that have been given on it, do an identical with the colour, permit sit down for 5 minutes, reinstall the cartridges lower back into the printer and attempt lower back, sturdy success. desire i grew to become into some help.
