Circumventing Internet access control systems with web proxies to access unauthorized web sites is a violation of company computer usage policy. You will get fired from your job when you get caught. Use company computers for work, and facebook can wait until you get home. Do you really want your bosses and company IT administrators knowing what you are posting on facebook anyways? Social networking websites are not worth risking your job over.

you should not break your works rules and regs or you may get fired.

if you stilll wanna access it then try a proxy server that isnt blocked. Surf the web there from there. However the IT department will catch on to this and report it to your boss.
