i have a motherboard and on it is an intel pentium three processor i need to know how many pins i have on my ram card so i can boost its perfomance

My PC is slow at startup, is it good to run a registry cleaner? I thought I heard they were bad to run. Also, all my anti-virus stuff, spyware, degrag...etc is all ok...it is something outside of that.

I have an IBM x41 tablet with a 40GB hard drive. The hard drive is actually only 37.4GB, but that isn't the problem. The drive is partitioned into a 5.1GB partition and a 32.3GB partition. The 32.3GB partition is my C drive and it says that I am using 31.2GB, but when I scan every file on the drive it says it only has 15.6GB worth of files.
I have checked and there are no other partitions. Also, I have emptied the temporary internet files. I also have CCLeaner, but it doesn't really do much. Last time I ran CCLeaner it only freed up 30MB.
If anyone can help me fix this, or at least tell me what's going on, I would greatly appreciate it.

This really sucks because I was going to buy one of those $449.00 laptops from Best Buy or Circuit City with Vista Home Basic and upgrade it to Home Premium but the problem is that they make the laptops with a Celeron Processer which CAN'T handle the higher Vista editions. I heard the best type of processor for Vista was a duo processor of any kind. This really stinks. It's like they don't want you to upgrade. I wish Microsoft didn't make a Basic version of Vista because it is so limited in what it can actually do. Look at the link if you don't believe me. Now I have to buy one of them $500-600 laptops because I really want premium because I do more then basic stuff on a computer. It really stinks for me because I'm on a budget of what I can spend.

Can I install a PC game onto a hard-drive other than the one where my OS is? Due to a financial mess I had to buy a 36Gb Raptor as opposed to the 74Gb I initially wanted & am now pretty much out of space to install new games, can I install new games to another hard drive OTHER than the one where my OS is,.. if so, what problems, (if any), can I expect to have to deal with?
I can probably get another WD Raptor, but I'll get a 74Gb drive then will install the newer games on it, BUT I don't really want to reinstall XP onto that new drive just to run the games I wish to run; any other tips or suggestions also welcome in addition to the question-needing-answers as mentioned above - thanks! :)
So far I have BF2 & BF2142,. but I ALSO want: Crysis, UT3, MoH:Airborne & probably CoD 4,.. can I run them aye-ok on a seperate HDD from the one my OS is on?

Just the other day, we were using paint at school and making some random pictures. And i thought mine was amazing untill i saw my friends work. It was just awesome it was like the blueprints of a 3d object and it was so awesome. it was seethrough i think but im not sure. I could understand that he used the paint program because the logo was on the top left of the screen. But he wont tell me how he did it. i wonder if any of u guys know how to do that. It wasnt any special program . it was paint.

All the other requirements meet the reccommended apart from the processor speed. It is only one processor, not dual core. Please state whether it would run on high, medium or low.
