I am creating an applicating form for my website, but how do I make a bar so that the user can submit their own work? Like on my site I need to see the user's examples of their work so how do I add a bar which says browse sothey can submit their file to me?

Forms, applications, file uploads are all very well explained at www.w3schools.com. Go there, read and play with the examples. You will learn fast and well!

you need a file upload script, look around on google, im sure you can find a free one i have but cant remember where i got it from
