be suckin air away from the cpu?.... also have one fan on side of pc tower and one at the back, which one should be putting air in and which taking out????

I've downloaded an ISO file in zip with an ms document? How should I burn it into a CD using Nero 6? Should I extract the files first or no? Again, the ISO file is zipped which the zip itself is ISO.

It seems like there are so many options. I'm interested in troubleshooting and understanding how a computer works. I have a friend with a new Dell Desktop. He has 3 printers that he had hooked to his old system via a manual selector switch. Instead of using the switch, can he just plug each printer into an available USB port if he were to get USB to parallel cables? Thanks!

my hp computer came with a graphic called 7500 LE how much of a upgrade u guyz think it is for me to get a GeForce 8500 GT 256MB PCI Express Video Card as far as gaming.. because i jus bought a 22inch moniter and my graphic card bearly supports that.. but the graphics are not good.. i know that 8600 or 8800 are way better.. but how good the 8500 gt will be and how much off a difference will it make in games like Need for Speed carbon and battle field types of game.. dnt really wanna pay a whole lot on a graphic card thinkin abt gettin the 8500 gt jus need your guyz opinion.. thanks

hi there ... I have a desktop ( Pentuim 4 :3.06 GHz , 512 RAM,

I've just installed Safari browser for Windows, but can't figure out how to open a HTML file (located on my computer). On my desktop I have a HTML file. So, I right click on it and select Open With... (Safari). But for some reason Safari does not do it. By default it uses http:// ... Anyone know how to do it? Thanks.

A very close friend is going in for his first interview with Google. I hear they have a very strong culture and slightly different business ideas than your typical company in the high tech new age business.

The job is a Product Manager (all encompassing job discription) This guy is brilliant, articulate, MS Computer Sciences and has worked on everything from brain activated video games, to advanced combat systems software.

He should fit right in with the Google team. Any hints other than the standard stuff when interviewing Google.

The files show 404 but the directories are 403. in the beginning i thought the files were not uploaded however I refreshed the FTP client and they were there. JPG files show fine, but when I try to load PHP it says 404. please help, thanks

I'm using Paint Shop Pro (version 8) and am currently designing a website. The logo font is Arial & Edwardian Script font which looks great on Paint Shop but when I upload it onto the net the text looks distorted and a bit blurry. Definitely not perfect, and perfect is what I'm after! I've tried changing the size and also the pixels per inch but it's not working.

Any suggestions please?!
