Okay,
First you need to know the full size of the file when it is unzipped. It may be zipped so that it will fit onto a standard CD. If that is the case then you want to burn the ISO image directly without unzipping it first. However if it will fit unzipped, you may want to extract the files first then burn the folder onto the CD. In this case it would become a data CD rather than an ISO image CD. This mostly will also be determined as to wether or not it remains in an ISO format after being unzipped, if that makes sense.
Hope this helps

First, extract the ISO file from the Zip file
An ISO file is an exact clone of a CD (or DVD)
Go into Nero and do a File/Open and browse to the ISO file
When you open it, Nero should ask you to insert a blank disc into your burner
It will then use the ISO file to make an exact copy of the original CD/DVD
Once done, if the CD is a game or program, you would use it to install the program just the same as if it was an original disc purchased in the store.

Extract the zip file and make sure you remember where you extracted it. Now, run Nero and search for the option "Burn Image" - find the ISO file and burn it straight to a CD. You can also use a virtualization software such as Daemon Tools to mount the ISO file. It acts as if you have put the cd into your CD Rom (but int eh virtual sense.

If you mount the ISO file, you can do a CD copy command from Nero selecting the virtual drive as the source and your physical CD Burner as the destination. So now you have 3 solutions to go with.

An ISO is an image of a CD (or DVD). You need to use the image writing bit of your Nero... I don;t use nero so I can;t advise where on the menu structure you go.

if you don't want to burn the ISO file directly to CD after extracting it from the zip file and instead want to use the contents without burning ..you can download ISObuster and get the contents.
download link is

You need to burn it to disk or get a program like ISOBuster or Daemon Tools, with those you can just run the application from the image(which is what an .iso is)

unzip it first, then burn it on a cd, or use a virtual cd/dvd emulator to open an ISO image
