I am asking this question very abstractly.

Does anyone know how to burn and create chips to be used in the PC?

For example, if I want to enhance the functional capabilities of my PC, I can only do it through the addition of chips. Likewise, if I want make my PC work differently, I need to create a chip.

How do I burn such chips to be used? Where do I get the burner and the chips? Where do I also get the card for the chip to be inserted into the card? (eg similar to NIC type card)

Can someone please tell me? It is important. Thanks.

I was wondering your opinion on a good programing language to learn. I've only used basic and not very much of it. I was thinking about either C++ or Lua. I thought C++ because its used in gaming a lot (but is it good for other things?) and Lua because I wanted to make some mods for garrysmod. Somthing different perhaps?

uh oh.

i kick my computer sometimes because it pisses me off/gets reaaaaaaaaaally loud because of the fans inside and such.

is this bad for the overally performance? i notice lagging on AIM and stuff... but i really want direct opinions and experiences PLEASE. its very unesttling.

Its installed with a windows professional operating system so I cant F8 it to select,but I want to change to XP. F2 allows me to change the boot sequence to CD rom first.
