You are confronting the issue in the wrong way.
If indeed you want originality then just create your own template.

Create it on paper first & then simply use any text & photo editor ( Microsoft or Adobe or whatever ... not important) to refine it.

The word "unique" is what I am focusing on ...... you ask what software yet whichever product you amy choose will have templates that are used by thousands of people.

The issue is not the software .... it's how you use it.
