Can someone find out if you have overclocked your video card?

Planning on selling it, but wanted to know.

Not really but if you manage to sell it and they see that it has some heat damage or anything they might be able to surmise that something went on. But if you sell it people who are not that experienced then no.

NO! Unless you now have pregnant capacitors in there.
