added to previous question a box opens up and has a list of some of my documents but I can NOT open them!?? HELP!

Restart your computer and try it again. If that doesn't work then go to: start up menu, and click "run". Type in the name and it should pop up. =)

I have Word Perfect 12, but this may be able to help anyway: if you are getting the box and the menu toolbar, go to file and new, and automatically a new template should appear. If nothing is on the screen: go to the Word Perfect box, them hold down Ctrl, then simultaneously hold down Alt, and then press Delete while you are still holding down Ctrl and Alt. A windows task manager window will appear, look to see if your Word Perfect program is "not responding," and if that is the case, i suggest you restart your computer or call technical support.

uninstall the program. shut down and re install it. Good luck.
