Is AQUAGATE Mini R80 good?

I am thinking of getting a watercooling system. And i came across these 2, AQUAGATE(RL-HUC-E8U1/E8U2) and AQUAGATE Mini R80. Are these 2 good?

Not really. Many good phase change coolers (heatpipes) would do better. Here are some reviews:
