i already pay for comcast highspeed internet, but what about all this power boost stuff, my files are still going at the same rates. Is there a download or something?

My brand new gateway laptop was made for movies hence its widescreen and great video card and i know this might contradict the movie scene but when i try to play a game, some pretty poor games too, i can't because it says that I am missing Pixel Shader. Wat is pixel shader? How do i get it? Why doesn't my computer have it and my girlfriends laptop which is worst than mine does? And why does it prohibit me from playing most games or makes me grpahics on my games look crazy?

every time i try to mess with it nothing happens

i cant here my mp3 songs i go to windows media player and it says

I was cleaning my computer and I must have messed something up, because when I get online, and double click firefox, nothing happends, and I can't find internet explorer. I even downloaded the new internet explorer 7, and it didn't make a desktop icon and i can't find it. I managed to get on here threw the search inside the computer. Please help me fix this!

i have an old computer and i have the comcast internet access . i bought another computer and when i tried to log on into the internet exproler it wont work i mean no internet.but it works when i plug the old one back what should i do ....also can i use a regular hub to share internet between the two p.s an old fashioned 4 port hub not a router.

I'm stumped - it seems that Apple decided that the older OS ORIGINAL disks won't boot on the newer (barely) imacs. I'm trying to use the original OS9 system restore and OS install disks on a second hand computer that has OSX installed on it and it won't boot the OS9 cd when I hold down the C key on boot or even when I use the command-option-shift-delete command.

Any ideas?

I have 2 computers and I need virus protection on both, so will Norton 2007 tell me that I CAN'T install it on the 2nd computer, if I have it installed & activated on the other computer? When I bought Norton AntiVirus 2006 last year, it let me activate it about 5 times total, before telling me that I've used up all the times I'm permitted to activate those particular serial numbers. Is version 2007 the same -- can I install & activate the serial numbers more than once like on version 2006? It's $40, so I don't feel like spending $80 just to install the same software on two home computers.
