I have AOL but i'm thinking of changing, how is the customer service with your provider?

Well, do you mean only for Dial-Up connections? Or are you asking for a whole new connection? Out of dial-up I believe AOL is the best. If you want a faster internet get Cable or DSL and then use internet explorer.

I have Compuserve and its a sister company of AOL. I have been with them for 7 years and I love it. I pay 14.95, I know I can get cheaper, and I have tried others, but I hated the way I had to go through Internet Explorer, with compuserve, if you order the disk, and not download it right off of your computer from their website, its so much better.

I have had Comcast High Speed for a few years. It's great. Customer service is okay, but I don't really talk to them that often.
