It's an Apple keyboard - there is no num lock , no green button

Look for a key that says num lock somewhere on your keyboard. Press it.

There is a key that should be on the top left side of the numbers to the right of your keyboard called "Number Lock" sometimes it even says "Num Lock" hit that key and they should work.

Is the num-lock key on? There will be a green light above the key.

Num-lock is a toggle key. Press for on, press again for off.

Above the 7 is the num lock key. Hit that key and they will be unlocked.
