my internet soemtimes goes quick but other time it takes at least 1 whole minute to upload a page! i realy need the internet these days but i can bearly use it! help!!!

This has been a battle I have been trying to beat for awhile. I have a dell inspiron 6000 that had been sold to me from a friend that had needed some money to help them out. This laptop has not been reported stolen, But with that situation That is all I know. Other than that I have no clue where my friend had gotten it, wether it be from a good or bad place. Or in a good or bad way. All I know is that its not stolen, But Once you turn it on, It asks for an administrative password. Which now has came to the area in which I need some help. I dont mind registering it in my name or anything like that if Thats what it is going to take, because I dont have any way of being able to know what that password may be, Is there any way to reset it so it has no p. word?!?!?! Or is there a way to bypass it?!?! Can anyone help plzplzplzplzpzl. It would be very much so appriciated. Thank you

Ive just bought my daughter a second hand laptop off ebay and cant get it logged on. It wants user, domain and password. text already appears in the box USER as 'user' and Im told the password but it isnt correct/not working. The CANCEL icon isnt hilighted so I cant select that.The seller wont respond to my messages. Can I override it in anyway? Help!!!

Every time I got to a page that tells me I need Flash I download it again, but it doesn't seem to work. On my list of addons it says it's there and enabled. Now I'm having the same problem with Quicktime, it's on my computer but not being recognized. Most recently I tried to watch a video on Yahoo and can't because it says neither are on my computer. Thanks for any help.

Everytime i try to add a rss feed to my 360 it goes straight to my yahoo 7 account.. I never use that account but am to affraid to delete it incase it wipes my 360.. and ideas on how to help me fix this problem or how to get the feeds up on 360?
