turn an email attachment[its a picture] in to a wallpaper for computer,how to do so.thanks

Right click the pic and then select ...set as background.

okay first you need to download the file into your computer. if you already did that go to the file where you saved your picture into. and then if you right click the picture it will give you alot of stuff and pick the one that says save to my wallpaper and then min. all the windows and see if you like it. if the picture somes out too big and blurry, then stay in the wallpaper page and right click and go to properties and then click desktop and where it says position on the right side you could change that to which ever you like the best. i hope this helped!

download (save as)
right click your desktop
select properties
select the appearance tab
where it says desktop click "browse"
go to the picture file and load as a wallpaper

Save it to My picture then Right Click --->> set to Desktop Background

make sure the picture is in the right format to be accepted as wall paper
