Ebay without a doubt - Cash Converters are there to make a profit and will only give you a fraction of what you will get in a private sale. Also, Ebay attracts a far larger audience for what it really quite a specialist item - you're unlikely to get as many Halloween enthusiasts in Cash Converters as you would on Ebay.

Go to Cash Converters, get a offer on it, and take it home and stick it on e-bay with a reserve price of what Cash Converters offered.
If it don't make the price on e-bay, head back down to Cash Converters with it.
