I am using a software named Instant Lock-2.5 for lock important folders. I got this software from my friend. So when I tried to use his licence key. They are saying wrong licence key. I have already locked my important data with this software. Now they are saying you must buy this software otherwise you will not be accesible to use the locked folder. I have tried all the tricks. Now what should I do to access this folder????????? Please.....help.... There are some important documents in it......

i have just got a adware and spyware and a virus on my pc, iv managed to remove all the adware and spyware using AD-ADWARE and spyware doctor. But i cant get rid of the trojan that is in the file "C:WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl" I looked it up on the internet and thats supposed to be my boot up file, so i can not delete it, my norton cannot remove it either, i have tried AVG and kaspersky but they did not work either. And now a sign just poped up saying "DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION has just stoped the following "APPLICATION LAYER GATEWAY SERVICE". Im pretty sure its because of the virus, can anyone pleassssssssssssseeee help!!!

I have set up a limited access user acct ( I am the only one set up as an administrator acct) for my son on our family PC. Lately he has been able to get in, although he doesn't have the password. I believe that one of his hacker friends showed him a way to do it. How does he do it? How do I prevent him from doing it.

My In-Laws' computer crashed, its gonna be WAY too much to have it fixed...So, I need to know if it is possible to pull the hard drive from the old one (It was a custo built 'puter), and possibly, some way plug it into the usb, or some other port, in order to put pics (that they don't have ANYWHERE else) onto their new computer(will NOT be custom built...I think they're gonna pick up a cheapo at Wal-Mart)
